Returns Policy

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Any non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by us may be deducted from your refund. If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us at hello@gripticclimbing.com .au. Under Australian consumer law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. This policy does not limit your rights.

For hygiene and safety reasons, safety-related products such as carabiners cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind This does not affect your rights under Australian consumer law. If a safety-related product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we'll provide a remedy as required by law.

Shipping Policy.

At Griptic Climbing, we aim to get your order out quickly and safely. All orders are carefully made to order and packaged, and we aim to dispatch within two to three business days though during busy periods this may be slightly longer. Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are in their hands. Delivery estimates may vary by location as well as time of year, and you will receive tracking details where available. If you have any questions, just email us.

Carabiner Disclaimer

This carabiner is an accessory only. It is not climbing rated or certified personal protective equipment. Never use it for climbing, belaying, rappelling, rescue, or any life safety application. It's intended only for attaching or carrying Griptic Climbing training gear.
